At ASKMY (“we,” “our,” or “us”), we are committed to delivering high-quality products and reliable performance for every rider.
This Limited Warranty Policy outlines the warranty coverage and service terms for ASKMY electric bicycles (“e-bikes”).
1. Warranty Coverage
ASKMY warrants to the original purchaser (“you”) that, under normal use and proper maintenance, the ASKMY e-bike will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the original date of purchase.
This warranty applies only to the original owner and is not transferable.
2. Warranty Claim Process

If the issue is confirmed to fall within the warranty coverage, ASKMY will arrange for the repair or replacement of the defective part(s).
3. This Warranty Does Not Cover
This limited warranty does not cover the following:
Normal Wear and Tear:
Tires, brake pads, chains, grips, and other consumable components subject to regular use and aging.
Misuse or Abuse:
Damage caused by accidents, negligence, collisions, modifications, or use for commercial/rental purposes.
Improper Maintenance:
Damage resulting from failure to follow the cleaning, care, and maintenance guidelines outlined in the user manual.
Unauthorized Repairs:
Damage caused by service or repairs performed by anyone not authorized by ASKMY.
Cosmetic Issues:
Minor scratches, fading, or other aesthetic changes resulting from normal use.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, this limited warranty represents your sole and exclusive remedy.
In no event shall ASKMY be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the product, even if ASKMY has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
