1. Return Period
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your product.
The return window begins on the delivery date, as confirmed by the carrier’s tracking information.
2. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

Unassembled / Restored to Original Condition:
The item must not be assembled, or it must be carefully disassembled and repackaged in its original condition.
If the e-bike has been assembled, you are responsible for safely disassembling and repacking it. -
Original Packaging:
The product must be returned with all original packaging materials — including the box, foam inserts, and protective covers. -
Like-New Condition:
The product must be unused, free from wear, scratches, or damage, and all tags, accessories, and components must remain intact. -
Proof of Purchase:
A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.
⚠️ Important: For hygiene and safety reasons, e-bikes that have been assembled and used are not eligible for return, unless they are found to have a manufacturing defect (see our Warranty Policy). Returned products must be in resellable condition.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

The product has been assembled or used (unless defective).

Damage caused by improper use, accidents, modifications, or inadequate maintenance.

Missing or heavily damaged original packaging.

The return request is made after the 7-day period.
4. Return Procedure

Within the return period, contact us with your order number and reason for return via:

Step 2 — Wait for Authorization:
Our customer service team will review your request.
If approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide the return address.
Step 3 — Ship the Item:
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Please clearly mark your RMA number on the outside of the package and ship it to the address provided.
5. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt and approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically returned to your original payment method.
We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance and using a trackable courier for your return shipment.
ASKMY is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Refund Timeline:
Refunds typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days after approval, depending on your payment provider.
6. Shipping Costs

Customer-Initiated Returns (Change of Mind):
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. -
ASKMY Error or Product Defect:
If the return is due to a defective item or incorrect shipment, ASKMY will cover both the return and replacement shipping costs.
7. Warranty & Defective Products
If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect, please do not initiate a return.
