From Parts to Complete Bikes: askmy’s Quality Control System

Quality is the lifeblood of the askmy brand. From raw material procurement to final assembly, askmy has established a comprehensive quality control system to ensure that every electric bike delivered to customers stands up to scrutiny.

For the frame, askmy uses 6061 aluminum alloy, which undergoes T4 and T6 heat treatment processes. This ensures lightweight construction while delivering excellent fatigue resistance. Every batch of frames undergoes random destructive testing to verify weld strength and structural stability.

For the motor and battery—the core components—askmy adheres to automotive-grade testing standards. Before leaving the factory, motors undergo noise, torque, and durability tests; batteries undergo rigorous charge-discharge cycle testing and safety tests, including overcharge protection, short-circuit protection, and high-temperature protection.

For the final assembly of the complete vehicle, askmy has established a “three-step inspection” system: line inspection, road test, and final factory inspection. Every vehicle undergoes more than 5 kilometers of real-world road testing to simulate actual riding conditions, ensuring that the brakes, gears, lights, and power-assist system all function properly.

It is precisely this rigorous quality control that allows askmy to confidently offer a 2-year warranty on the entire vehicle and a 3-year warranty on the battery. For users, choosing askmy means choosing long-term peace of mind and reliability.
